ELLI500
ELLI500 is a device designed for inrush current limitation, installable between the power switch and the load to prevent both current surges and accidental tripping of circuit breakers.
When connected to a 230 VAC supply, it can deliver up to 40 A output or 20 A continuous (depending on the model) with significantly reduced heat dissipation compared to other solutions.
ELLI500 is engineered to ensure maximum efficiency and safety in managing current transients, offering a robust and flexible solution for industrial and professional applications. Thanks to TRIAC-based technology, the device provides a smooth and controlled start-up, reducing electrical stress and improving component protection. Its modular architecture and customization options make it ideal for complex scenarios where reliability and precision are essential.
Main Advantages:
- Gradual load insertion before the activation of the bypass relay.
- Reduction of current peak during relay activation.
- Flexibility in setting timing and phase during the start-up transient.
- Adaptability to loads with hysteresis cycles and strong saturation.
Typical Applications:
- Transformers
- Inductive loads
- Electric motors
- Test laboratories
